Quite a high performance gym with a few good coaches, BUT.... It is super cliquey. Good luck fitting in. Read your contract carefully, there's some "got ya's" in there. Example, sign up for 6 months. At the end of the 6 months, the membership doesn't lapse, it rolls over with an 8 week notice period. They've continued taking payments after membership has ended, with zero response to my comms.

Best crossfit gym in the country. Wish I started sooner. Multiple CrossFit games athletes home gym. 2021 64 Army Gold on the way to the games this year. Komi (owner) and all other coaches are very welcoming and fun to train with. Excellent training program to meet everyone’s needs. Give it a go.

Dropped in to do some weightlifting. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming and the gym itself is amazing. Would come back every time!
