Disgusting treatment from the owner! My husband and I were both charged for one extra week of training, although we cancelled our membership well in advance and had been assured in written confirmation that they payments will not continue. Crossfit AKL stole our money and refuses to return it, as a matter of fact they just completely ignore my attempts to contact them regarding the matter. My emails as well as Whatsapp messages are not being replied. They obviously have no intention to return the money, not even an apology, totally unprofessional and utterly gross lack of respect. Highly disappointed! Shame!

A disgrace of a Crossfit gym! We were overcharged for a membership by one week, without apologies, without explanations, without refunds. The owner very rudely ignores any attempts to contact, emails and whatsapp messages are not being replied, they have no interest in resolving the situation! Grossly unprofessional, total lack of customer service. They don't care about you. Absolutely cannot recommend this place.

Great space and equipment, convenient location too! We dropped in here to do the 25.3 open workout, they were very accommodating! Would be happy to come back and drop in anytime.

Despite the fact that this gym does not hold classes on public holidays, they demanded a drop-in fee payment as if classes were being held. When I arrived at the gym, there was no one there, and since then, they have repeatedly ignored my calls and direct messages requesting a refund.

The gym itself is ok but the service is awful. I dropped in on Dec 29. Accidentally paid twice. I contacted them for serval times thru email and WhatsApp. All got ignored.
