An awesome box. It provides just everything what a CrossFit heart is looking for. I came here for a drop-in, and the entire process was super smooth, and not expensive. The workout itself was also really nice, with friendly sports mates next to me. Also, this box offers a shower, which is not in every box the case. However, highly recommended. Thx 👍🏻

Terrific programme for golden oldies supporting movement, balance, eye coordination, strength and confidence. Scaled to fit individual abilitiesl and grooving along to 70s music. Pretty fun. All the girls and guys love it.
