Hypha is such an inclusive gym. Everyone has been so friendly, and I have felt really warmly welcomed as a new member. The coaching and programming is fantastic, with plenty of alternative options whether scaling for fitness level or injury. I feel really well supported, and have full confidence in the coaches. They're a really caring and motivating bunch. I genuinely look forward to coming to class each time.

I've been training at Hypha for a few months now, and I can't say enough good things about it. The programming is expertly designed—it's fun, challenging, and has really helped me see consistent progress in my fitness. Each session is thoughtfully planned out. The coaching is brilliant. There is always scaling options to make sure there’s something for everyone. It’s a super friendly community and the post workout coffee always goes down a treat. Highly recommend you try it out.

I have attended a number of CrossFit gyms across the Wellington region and internationally and this gym takes the cake. The owners and coaches at Hypha have managed to cultivate a fun and welcoming community that is well placed to support both newcomers to CrossFit/exercise and experienced athletes. Part of what makes Hypha stand out is the genuine interest in members and their goals and the strong knowledge base shared by the coaches. The programming is legit, the music is stellar, the members are the best, there is bike parking, coffee after class and importantly, you will improve your fitness in a sustainable way here. Returning home and leaving Hypha after 5 months training there has been one of the hardest things about leaving wellington. From the moment I walked into Hypha, I knew I had found something special. The atmosphere is welcoming, the community is incredibly supportive, and the coaching is truly next level. The coaches don’t just run classes—they invest in your progress, fine-tune your technique, and push you to achieve things you never thought possible. For me I’ve always struggled with poor mobility which was seen as an inconvenience in other gyms. Here there is always an appropriate scaling option and the top notch coaching has helped my mobility improve so much. I have little wins in most classes! What really sets this gym apart is the sense of belonging. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, you feel like part of a family. If you’re looking for a place that will challenge you, support you, and bring out your best, Hypha is it. Highly recommend!
